Dealership scheduling system
Ford created a platform for users who want to schedule a car service appointment with a Ford dealer. The platform is currently implemented for a few select US-based Ford dealers.
My role was to create, update, and maintain the Hi-Fi prototype. I would also collaborate with development to answer any design related questions.
Challenge
Users should be able to request services, list their current car-related issues, and find the best method to drop off their vehicle. They should feel satisfied by how simple it is to book an appointment while addressing all their car maintenance related issues.

Goal
Users want a quick, easy, and convenient way to book a car service appointment.
Choose Date and Time
Users can select the date and time. If the user plans to drop their car at the shop they can choose which service advisor is available.
Development
I would work with the development team a lot to ensure the platform was consistent with the Hi-Fi prototype.
Results
Based on our current research our platform has the highest customer service ratings of all dealership scheduling platforms. We consistently test and implement new features based on what customers would like to see.
